No-Charge Consultation & Design Agreement
Schedule an in-home consultation with a licensed landscape architect to discuss your landscaping goals. If the initial meeting meets your expectations, you will receive a quote. A 50% design deposit is required to proceed.

Design Refinements &
Construction Proposal
Construction Proposal
Following the preliminary design presentation, revisions are made based on your feedback, if necessary. In a second meeting, we will review the revised design and provide a written estimate for the services to complete the proposed landscaping. Final revisions can be made during this meeting or in subsequent sessions.
Step 4
Contract Signing & Project Coordination
At this point, you may sign a contract for services and make a one-third deposit to secure your spot in our construction schedule. We will then begin work on your new backyard resort according to the construction timeline. Depending on your local climate, construction can occur year-round. Progress payments will be made throughout the construction process, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Construction, Project Management & Plantings
With a single point of contact for your entire project, you can immerse yourself in the creative process without worrying about paperwork. Without the need to coordinate crews or schedule calls, you'll have the freedom to explore the possibilities for your ideal backyard resort. Our multidisciplinary team brings a diverse and up-to-date skill set to meet our clients' evolving needs. If external support is ever required, we have decades-long relationships with talented and respected subcontractors who will be called upon only as needed.
